相關(guān)文章配備支撐軸承座、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、含沖洗系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械密封裝置，以及攪拌軸和槳葉的底置式釜用攪拌總成。
·含沖洗系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械密封裝置符合API682標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)于含顆粒介質(zhì)，采用三端面/雙沖洗密封系統(tǒng)，杜絕泄漏。
。軸承座采用鑄鐵或經(jīng)去應(yīng)力處理的焊接件制造，與釜體連接，支撐牢固穩(wěn)定。
。傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，可采用皮帶輪、鏈輪直接拖動(dòng);亦可配置臥式電機(jī)一減速箱直接連接，降低安裝高度·獎(jiǎng)葉可根據(jù)介質(zhì)及工藝要求設(shè)計(jì)，選擇氣翼式、螺旋漿式、錨式等多種形式。
攪拌軸、槳葉、機(jī)械密封、以及所有與介質(zhì)接觸的零部件，可采用316、316L、合金、或噴涂哈氏合金制造，確保其耐腐蝕性
